Swedish Email and Message Templates for Everyday Life

Copy simple Swedish email and message patterns for housing, school, services, work, appointments, and polite follow-ups in Sweden.

Messages are easier with patterns

Writing in Swedish feels less stressful when you use a repeatable structure. Most everyday messages need four parts: greeting, reason, request, and closing. You can keep the grammar simple and still sound polite.

Use these templates for short emails, text messages, school apps, housing messages, and service requests. For spoken follow-up, pair them with Swedish phone phrases.
