2. Service model and scope

Svenskly is a language-learning service with free web access, including current Pro-labelled areas in the browser. Optional paid features may be offered in supported iOS and Android app versions through a separate Pro unlock.

In the current implementation, Pro is a one-time purchase and not a recurring subscription in the mobile apps. On iOS, Pro is sold through Apple's in-app purchase flow as a non-consumable unlock. On Android, Pro is sold through Google Play as a one-time in-app purchase. iOS and Android each require their own purchase, purchases are not shared or transferred between those platforms, and the purchase unlocks the Pro-labelled areas available in the relevant supported mobile-app version at the time of use.

These Pro purchases are one-time mobile-app upgrades for the supported platform where the purchase is completed, subject to the scope and limitations described in these terms.

3. Prices, billing channels, and delivery

The applicable price for Pro is the price shown in the relevant Apple App Store or Google Play purchase flow for your region, currency, and platform at the time of purchase.

Purchases are processed through the relevant app marketplace under that billing channel's checkout terms, payment methods, and technical rules. Svenochelly AB does not run a direct web checkout for Pro at launch and does not receive your raw card details from these native checkout flows.

No web purchase is needed for browser access. Digital delivery begins immediately after purchase confirmation when Pro access is unlocked in the relevant mobile app.

4. Restore, refunds, and withdrawal rights

Restore is available only through supported Apple App Store or Google Play restore mechanisms built into the app. Restored access may require the same store account used for the original purchase, the same platform family, network access during restore, and a supported app version. iOS purchases do not transfer to Android, and Android purchases do not transfer to iOS.

Refund requests must normally be made through the billing channel that processed the purchase unless mandatory law requires another route. For Apple-billed purchases, the normal starting point is reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play-billed purchases, the normal starting point is Google Play refund help. Contact us through info@svenskly.se if you need help identifying the correct refund route or if you were charged but Pro did not unlock properly.

Under EU/Swedish distance-selling rules, digital content purchases may be subject to a 14-day withdrawal baseline unless an exception applies. Where mandatory law allows, by completing a Pro purchase you request immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins. Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights relating to non-conforming digital content or services.

5. Eligibility (16+) and acceptance

You must be at least 16 years old. Use requires explicit acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy. The app stores a local acceptance record.

6. Acceptable use and suspension

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security. We may limit or suspend access when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, infrastructure protection, or store-policy compliance.

7. Intellectual property and license

Unless stated otherwise, service content and software are owned by Svenochelly AB or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial learning use.

8. Service availability and modifications

Features may be added, changed, or removed. Availability is best-effort and no SLA applies.

A one-time Pro purchase does not create a perpetual availability guarantee for every feature, operating-system version, or platform version. Mandatory consumer-right remedies for non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

9. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer law. If a clause conflicts with mandatory law, mandatory law prevails.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Svenochelly AB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Aggregate liability is limited to the higher of SEK 1,000 or amounts paid in the previous 12 months.

Contact us through info@svenskly.se for support, billing questions, legal notices, or privacy requests. Do not send sensitive personal data, special category data, or third-party personal data unless clearly necessary for your request.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when legal, security, operational, or product conditions change. Updated terms apply from the effective date on this page.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are handled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as first instance unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
