2. Your rights

Under GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable.

3. How to submit a request

Email info@svenskly.se with subject "Data Rights Request" and include:

• the right you want to exercise,
• your email address or another identifier we can use to locate correspondence.

If helpful, you may also include the relevant date range, context, and preferred response format.

4. Local app data and self-service controls

Most learning data is stored locally on your device. In Settings, use Export Backup (JSON) for portability and Reset All Progress for local deletion.

5. Response times

We aim to acknowledge within 72 hours and provide a full response within 30 days. For complex requests, we may extend by up to 60 additional days and provide reasons.

6. Identity checks and lawful limits

We may require proportionate identity verification before disclosure, correction, or deletion. Where GDPR permits, we may refuse or limit a request and will provide the legal basis.

7. Complaint to authority

You may complain to Sweden's supervisory authority: Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
